Amerec AK28

The Amerec AK28 is designed for home and day spa steam baths up to 1100 adjusted cubic feet (ACF).

The AK28 is made up of dual generators in tandem (two 14kw generators). Each generator features a stainless-steel tank, industrial-grade heating elements, durable electronic components, an electronic water-level control system, and a variety of other innovative features.

Amerec AK Series steam room generators are designed to provide the most consistent and pleasurable steam bathing experiences. The AK28 steamer uses a Sequential Temperature Control which generates an even flow of soft steam each bathing session. The unit’s heating elements are built for easy and economical service.

The Amerec AK28 steam shower generator is engineered to power the most demanding home and commercial steam room environments. The AK28 steam unit is crafted of corrosion-resistant steel for years of reliable, safe, and efficient operation.

The compact Amerec AK28 steam shower unit can be installed conveniently out of sight in cabinets, closets, vanities, and other similar locations.

The Amerec AK28 28kW steam generator is available in 240V or 208Vand can be field wired for single-phase or three-phase configurations.

The Amerec AK28 steam room generator requires the available K3 control for operation which regulate bathing duration and temperature, or the R30K 30-minute timer. Each control package includes a matching finish ComfortFlo steam head.

Amerec AK Series steam can be linked in tandem to accommodate steam shower enclosures larger than 1100 adjusted cubic feet. Connection cables are sold separately, and each generator requires a ComfortFlo steam head.

We recommend the available Amerec Automatic Drain System for each generator with your AK28. The Auto Drain System automatically drains each generator tank after each use to help prevent harmful calcification and lime build-up.

The Amerec AK28 steam bath generator carries a limited lifetime warranty and is fully serviceable. Amerec AK Series steam shower generators are UL, CSA, and CE listed to ensure your safety.
